Tomcat 3000 - Industrial Duty Floor Scrubbers
These rugged, self propelled, battery powered walk-behinds are built for rough commercial applications. They are built to handle the daily use that cleaning contractors and industrial plants require.
Scrub System:
The 30" and 34" disk models feature dual brushes, with variable scrub pressure up to 250 lbs. Our "One Touch" scrub controls simplifies training.
Solution System:
The 32 gallon solution tank is made of thick polyethylene. The solution is gravity-fed through the adjustable flow valve. Solution flow starts and stops with the machine automatically.

Recovery System:
The vacuum system has a 1.0 HP, three- stage vacuum motor, and a 32 gallon (½" thick) polyethylene recovery tank. The drain hose is oversized (2" I.D.) for easy cleanout, while the powerful vacuum and squeegee system offer outstanding drying power for rough floors with expansion joints.
Water control on tight turns is exceptional.

Drive System:
The sealed, all-gear drive train, puts power to both 11" Foam Filled, Non-Marking drive wheels. The system needs no adjustment or lubrication. With two tires and two casters, our stability is unmatched by other three-wheeled machines.

Control System:
Central Command II is the brains of the outfit. Our control module is sealed for protection against water, and easily accessed if service is ever required.

Scrubber / Sweeper Combination:
These machines are similar to the disk machines outlined except for the scrub system. Our 28" and 32" cylindrical units use two brushes, which sweep and scrub simultaneously.

Scrubbing:
In especially heavy soil conditions, our cylindrical machines scrub even harder than our disk machines. If you have a dirty floor to clean, you will be impressed by the machines capability.

Sweeping:
Both machines can pick up bolts, wood chips, steel tailings, and heavy items up to 1 inch high. Swept refuse is held in a slide-out dirt hopper, with approximately a 1.0 cubic foot capacity.
